What we collect

• Estimate form: name, email, optional property address or neighborhood, project details, optional message, and optional photos (up to 5).
• Automatically with each submission: IP address and browser user agent. We use these only for spam prevention and rate limiting.
• We do not create accounts, run a newsletter, or collect payment information on this site.

How it is used

• Your submission is used solely to respond to your estimate request and prepare a written estimate.
• Submissions are stored in our database and sent to us by email.
• Photo links in those emails expire after 7 days.
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers for website hosting, data storage, and email delivery.

Retention and your rights

• Estimate requests are kept for up to 18 months, then deleted.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your submission by emailing ochgroupseattle@gmail.com.
