Doors are removed or carefully masked, sanded, primed, and sprayed or brushed for an even finish.
Decks and railings
Power-washed, stripped if needed, and stained or painted with a product built to handle foot traffic and moisture.
Fences and gates
Wood and metal fences cleaned, prepped, and finished to protect against rain and UV exposure.
Small repairs and caulking
Nail holes, minor wood rot, cracked caulk, and gaps are addressed before the topcoat so water cannot get behind the paint.
